Leading organisations and teams during change and complexity is challenging. Which is something both of us have experienced and keep experiencing first hand. During our shared and individual journeys we’ve found failure, success, frustration, joy, disappointment, fulfilment and most importantly insights and learnings.
One of the things we have in common is that we love sharing our experience with others that might find them useful. As of today we will do just that in the form of our own podcast. !! ? Initially we will release a handful of episodes over the coming month or so. Based on the response from you we will decide on the next path.
